Hosted connection page
GET
The page a connect session link opens, for the end user's browser. It shows the app name and
logo of the session and one button per allowed provider with the user's connection status
(connected, needs reconnecting, not connected). A button posts to POST /connect/{provider}.
An unknown token is 404 and an expired one 410, as a page that says nothing more.

Referrer-Policy: no-referrer, X-Frame-Options: DENY and a Content-Security-Policy that
allows no script.
