Getting good answers
Start from the suggestions, check the readings an answer used and keep your status up to date.
Ask Soma reads your own data, so its answers are only as good as the readings behind it.
Tips
- Start from the suggestions. They're built from today's numbers, and they're what Soma can answer for now. See What Ask Soma can answer today.
- Check the sources. Each answer names the readings it used. If one looks wrong, open it in the Vault to see which device wrote it.
- Set your status. If you're unwell or resting, say so in Settings > Status. The training answer takes it into account.
When an answer seems off
A watch worn loosely, a missed night or two devices writing the same thing can all skew an answer. Doubled or mismatched readings and A value shows a dash can help.
