Open Settings, then Data and diagnostics under Data.

Apple Health, with how many kinds of data Soma reads, the pod (no visits yet), your blood panels and your journal days.
Sync
- Last read from Apple Health: when Soma last read it.
- Your account copy: Soma keeps no copy off your iPhone yet.
- On this device: how much space Soma's own data takes.
- Read Apple Health again reads everything afresh. Use it after you connect a new device or change permissions.
Diagnostics
Share crash reports and Share usage are off unless you turn them on. They'd never include your name, a health value or your location.
