Your readings live in Apple Health, on your iPhone. Soma reads them there and works them out on the phone.

• Scores are worked out on your iPhone.
• Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing goes through a server.
• Ask Soma conversations are kept on your iPhone.
• Blood test reports you add are read on your iPhone.
• Track logs, your journal, your Mind entries and your blood panels are kept in the app, on your iPhone.

Without an account

Signed in or not, Soma keeps your answers on this iPhone. If you delete the app, they go with it, though your readings stay in Apple Health.

Backups

Apple Health is included in your iCloud backup when Health is turned on in iCloud settings, encrypted by Apple.
