Export your data

Take a full copy of your readings from Apple Health, where they live.

Your readings live in Apple Health, so that's where to take a copy from.

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. Tap your picture at the top right.
  3. Scroll down and tap Export All Health Data, then Export.
  4. Choose where to send the file: Files, AirDrop or Mail.

The export is a zip of XML files with every reading in Health, from every app and device, including what Soma saved there. Your journal tags, chats and blood panels stay in the Soma app and can't be exported yet.

To look at a single metric instead, open it in the Vault and tap Show All Data.
