Stop sharing or delete your data

Stop Soma reading Health

1. Open the Health app and tap your picture at the top right.
2. Tap Apps, then Soma.
3. Tap Turn Off All.

Soma stops reading from that moment. Your readings stay in Health.

Delete what you logged

Readings Soma saved to Health (water, weight and the rest) are in the same place: Health > your picture > Apps > Soma > Delete All Data from "Soma".

In Soma's Settings

Settings has Export my data and Delete my data rows under Data. Soma keeps nothing of its own on a server today, so both pages point you to Apple Health, as above.

Delete the app

Delete Soma from your Home Screen like any app. What Soma kept on your iPhone, like your answers and your conversations, goes with it.

Ask us to erase what we hold

To delete anything Soma Labs holds about you, email privacy@somalabs.me from the address you use with Soma. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how long it takes.
