Wrist temperature
Nightly skin temperature as a change from your usual, not a body temperature.
Apple Watch (Series 8 and later, and Ultra) measures your wrist temperature while you sleep. Oura and some other rings measure finger temperature.
How to read it
The reading is a change from your own usual, in degrees above or below. It isn't your body temperature, and it can't tell you whether you have a fever.
It shifts with your cycle, alcohol, a warm room, a late meal or a coming cold. A rise for a night or two is worth noticing alongside your resting heart rate and HRV.
It shows in Longevity > Body, under Biomarkers.
