A quick tour of Soma
The four tabs, the buttons at the top of each one and where Settings lives.
Soma has four tabs along the bottom of the screen. The bar shrinks as you scroll. On iPad and Mac the tabs become a sidebar, with Settings and Get help at its foot.
The tabs
- Pulse is today. One move worth making now, your Sleep, Mind and Activity scores, what moved them and cards for the day. It also holds Trends and Explore. See Pulse and your day.
- Longevity is the long view, in three parts: Body, Mind and Environment. See Longevity: Body.
- Track is where you log things: a drink, a meal, your mood, a sauna. It also holds your rituals and tools. See Log your day in Track.
- Ask Soma sits in its own circle at the right end of the bar. It's where you chat with Soma about your readings. See Chat with Ask Soma.
The top of every tab
- The person icon at the top left opens Settings: your details, notifications, Health access, the Vault and help. On iPad and Mac, use the gear at the foot of the sidebar.
- The bell at the top right opens your notifications: what's up next, and the reminders and findings Soma sent today and earlier.
Settings at a glance
- Today: your status (Training, Resting, Travelling or Unwell), a calendar of your month and sharing a card.
- General: appearance, notifications, language and units, customization, shortcuts and programs.
- Data: Health access, data and diagnostics, exporting and deleting your data.
- Support: Get help (this page) and About Soma.
The Vault card near the top holds every reading Soma can see, with where it came from. See The Vault.
