You turned off a permission

Soma can't ask again from inside the app. Here's where to turn it back on.

iOS lets an app ask for each permission only once. If you said no, change it in Apple's settings.

Apple Health: Health app > your picture > Apps > Soma, then turn on what you want Soma to read.
Motion: Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness, then turn on Soma.
Location: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Soma.
Calendar: Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars > Soma.
Notifications: Settings > Notifications > Soma.

Then open Soma again. The Health access page in Settings shows whether Soma is connected to Health.
