A number you typed looks off
Hand-entered values sit in Health with one quality mark. Fix them there, or tell Health which device comes first.
A weight, height or waist you typed in Soma is saved to Apple Health when you allowed that write. Soma then reads it back like any other sample.
How to tell
Open the reading in the Vault. Entered by hand will say Yes, and the quality mark is one mark, Manual.
If it's wrong
- Open the Health app, find the metric and delete the bad sample there. Soma's Track log keeps its own entry, but your readings come from Health.
- Log the correct value in Track, or let your scale or cuff write the next one.
- If a typed value is fighting a device, put the device first in Health's source list. Doubled or mismatched readings shows how.
A typed number isn't less true than a scale's. The mark only says how it got there.
