The rule

If a device's iPhone app writes to Apple Health, Soma can read it. My device isn't listed shows how to check.

RingConn

In the RingConn app, look under your settings for the Apple Health connection (under Data Sharing) and turn it on. RingConn shares sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen and steps.

Samsung Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring

Samsung's Galaxy Watch4 and later don't work with an iPhone, so they can't reach Apple Health or Soma. Samsung doesn't list the Galaxy Ring as working with iPhone either.

Amazfit, Huawei, Xiaomi and others

Many of these apps have an Apple Health switch, usually under settings, third-party apps or connections. Turn it on, then check in Health > your picture > Apps that the app is listed.
