Add a blood test

Add lab results from a photo, a PDF or by hand. The report is read on your iPhone.

You can keep your lab results next to everything else.

Adding one

  1. Open Longevity > Body, then Blood panel under More. (The Blood test tile in Track opens the same page.)
  2. Tap Add.
  3. Choose Photograph the report, Choose a photo of the report, Import a PDF or Type it in.
  4. Under Check the values, fix anything Soma read wrong. Values it's unsure of are flagged.
  5. Tap Save the panel.

Where it's read

Soma reads the report on your iPhone and keeps the panel there. The photo or PDF isn't sent to a server.

Reading the results

The Blood panel page shows your biological age, how many markers are in range and how many to watch, grouped by body system. Each marker has its own page: what it means, what moves it and when to retest.

The ranges are Soma's indicative adult ranges, not the ones printed by your lab, so they may differ a little. They can't diagnose anything. What a result means for you is a conversation for your doctor.
