Muscle freshness, biological age and the Body pages
The muscle map, biological age, cardiometabolic risk, the longevity ledger and body measurements.
Longevity > Body has a muscle map and a list of longer pages under More.
Muscle freshness
A front and back map of your muscles, coloured Recovered, Fatigued or Depleted, from your workouts over the last 30 days. Work fades from a muscle over about a day and a half. Use it to choose what to train next.
The pages
- Cardio: VO2 max, resting heart rate, heart rate recovery, your heart rate zones this week and your latest run or walk.
- Strength: lean mass and strength sessions per week. Grip strength waits for a pod visit.
- Biological age: worked out from a blood panel and your Health markers. It tells you which values are missing. See Add a blood test.
- Cardiometabolic risk: a 10-year estimate from a standard model, with the inputs still missing.
- Longevity ledger: minutes earned and spent each day over three weeks, from your steps, exercise, sleep and tags.
- Body measurements: a guided tape measure at five places on your body. Kept on your iPhone, and your waist goes to Apple Health.
Skin report and Visit results wait for the pod and stay empty for now.
These are wellness estimates. They can't diagnose anything. Take anything that worries you to a doctor.
